This page holds the experiences of those who have spent time here.

Each stay is different.

Some come to rest, others to think, to disconnect, or to find clarity in their own way.
What they share is not a result, but a reflection of what happens when space, silence, and nature are allowed to do their part.

A stay shaped by nature and quiet can move something in a person in ways you often don’t notice in everyday life.

At first, something very physical happens. Stress hormones decrease, your pulse slows, and your sleep becomes deeper. Without constant stimuli, appointments, or screen time, your nervous system finally gets the chance to unwind. Many people only realize then how tense they actually were before.

On a mental level, space opens up. In the silence, thoughts begin to sort themselves almost naturally. Things that once felt overwhelming become clearer or lose their weight. Creativity and new perspectives often appear when you stop trying to force them — while walking, looking at the landscape, or simply doing nothing.

Emotionally, this kind of stay can also bring a lot to the surface. Some people feel lighter, more balanced, or even happier afterward. Others notice that, beneath the calm, thoughts and emotions rise up that were previously buried in daily life. This too is part of the process. Nature creates a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself.

And in the long term, many people return with a different sense of pace. Maybe not forever, but at least as a reminder that there is another way to live — slower, more conscious, and more focused on what truly matters.

In short, this is less an escape and more a kind of reset — for the body, the mind, and often your perspective on life.
